SAP Finance Specialist/Consultant - Energy

In this role you shape SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations for CFOs and controllers. You combine deep SAP finance know how with hands on delivery and cross functional collaboration. You'll diagnose current-state issues, design end-to-end finance solutions, and guide data cleansing, testing, and go live activities. Your work enables better controls, insight, and value realization for clients. This is a chance to impact complex finance programs within a global delivery model.

• Engage with finance stakeholders to capture current pain points and translate them into SAP S/4HANA Finance requirements
• Contribute to business cases, roadmaps, and client presentations outlining value of SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Design and configure end-to-end Finance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing
• Analyze finance data (COA, master data, sub-ledger mappings, journals, asset registers, reconciliations) to inform design and validate data readiness
• Lead system testing (unit, SIT, UAT), defect triage, cutover activities, and hypercare for SAP Finance releases
• Apply SAP Business AI capabilities and GenAI use cases to improve close, controls, and reporting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Global Delivery model
• Coach analysts and junior team members, contribute to internal assets and best practices

• Minimum of 3 years of functional SAP Finance experience (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and/or Product Costing)
• At least 3 years of hands-on SAP Asset Accounting / Fixed Assets experience (capitalization, depreciation, parallel ledger)
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or SAP Finance implementations in a delivery role
• Minimum 3 years of finance transformation consulting experience (design, controllership, close optimization, or CFO advisory)
• At least 1 year experience with Energy clients and/or industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 12 years of work experience)
• If Associate's Degree, equivalent 6+ years of work experience
